New Teachers and a new School Year – SUMMER 2011 – Foster Home – ‘Little Ranch with Hope’

We are making a trip up to the US as a family for the first time since 2008 ! We will be heading up in the end of September and will be visiting in Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana. If anyone wishes to see us or if they would be interested in seeing our power point about God’s ministry here, please contact us as soon as possible!!!

School - We are all glad that the new school year has started, and we are especially glad for our new teachers! Jenny Courter is our new elementary school teacher. She arrived here safely at the end of August and has begun teaching the kids.  School began shortly after her arrival and the kids are all super excited as you can see from the pictures below.

Interns- We thank God that he has sent some interns to help us out with the beginning of the school year. Lacy is here till November and she is helping with the preschoolers. Mai-Khanh was here for three weeks and she helped by teaching English. Chris is here till mid-October and is helping in construction and is the new PE teacher! And Zach was here for two weeks helping with construction.  These people are all amazing and we are glad that God has blessed us with such help!

TEAMS! We have now hosted our last three teams for 2011 and they accomplished a lot! The construction advanced greatly with the help of these people who sacrificed their time and money to come and serve in God’s ministry. You know who you are and we can never thank you enough!

The house that is being built by the Hohenbergers is now almost complete! Another few weeks and they will move in. Thanks to everyone who has helped in this big project! Check out the pictures below to see the progress !
